What's the plan? When you have a goal in mind, do you plan the steps you need to take to reach that goal or do you just go with your gut in the direction of your aim? Have you ever set an intention to achieve something and carried it out to your satisfaction? How confident were you when identifying the goal; did your confidence waver while you were pursuing your goal?
One Little Word: Do you set an intention for the year, using the one little word concept or perhaps by making New Years resolutions? Does using these techniques help you change in a positive direction, or does it put pressure on you that is sometimes too intense? How have you fared in prior years using OLW and do you have one in place for this year? What did you choose and why?
Desire: Are there things you desire, or have desired in the past that have taken over your mind and heart? What or who was/is the object of your desire? What did you want more than anything in that situation, and did you get it? If not, why? Do or did you blame yourself for something that important not going the way you hoped? Can intention and focus truly create 'anything' or is it lore complicated than that?
Target: what are your key objectives at this stage in your life? What do you want to accomplish in the areas of work, family and contribution to the world? How do you balance enjoying your life in the here and now vs planning and setting an intention for your future? Can those two ideas coexist peacefully?
