Unique: What makes you uniquely you? What are you the most proud of about you? What would you consider a trademark “you” statement? What is something that someone would see and say.. that is so “you”? What things in your life make it you? Do you have a color? A song? A scent?

Expressive: How do you express yourself? What do you show the world? What do you keep just to yourself? How can you share more of that with others? What holds you back?

No Fear: When we show people we have nothing to hide and what you see is what you get we show our true individuality. Does this scare you? Do you show your true self to all in your life? Why or why not?

Fitting in:  Would you rather fit in?  Or stand out? Is weird a good word to you? Or one that makes you cringe? What about being different? Were you part of a crowd growing up? Would you rather follow? Or lead?

Personal Needs: Does putting yourself first come hard? Do you forget what you need and desire along the way taking care of others? What helps to put you back on the track of taking care of you? How do you separate your personal needs from others?

Independent: Do you remember the first thing you did on your own? How did that make you feel? Did it bring fear? Or reassurance in yourself? Did it allow you to have strength to move forward?
