Drive: What gives you the drive, or impetus, to pursue your ambitions? Are you externally motivated by your cheerleaders, or internally motivated by something that no one else knows? Is there a feeling that motivates you – safety, financial security, or acceptance – that is part of your driving force?
How High?: What are the things you wish for that are way outside your comfort zone – pie in the sky kind of ambitions? Are they really unreachable? If so, what keeps your mind on those wishes or ambitions?
